Register to protect

When you register your myki, your balance is protected from the moment you report it lost or stolen.

Registering your myki offers a range of benefits. You can manage your account online, view your travel details and set up auto top up for myki money. You can choose to register when you first buy a myki or any time later.

If your myki is not registered, it is classified as ‘anonymous’, which means you will not be able to recover the value stored on your myki if your myki is lost or stolen.

Note: An administration fee of $9.80 may apply to replace a lost or stolen myki.

Register your myki now or call 13 6954 (13 myki). You will soon be able to collect a copy of the myki Registration Form from:

• Premium Stations
• 7-Eleven and selected retailers
• the MetShop (Melbourne Town Hall, near the corner of Swanston and Little Collins streets)
• the myki discovery centre at Southern Cross Station, Melbourne
• selected V/Line stations
• selected V/Line ticket agents.
