myki mates

Customer service staff, known as 'myki mates', are available throughout Melbourne's public transport network during the introduction of myki to help you find your way with the new ticketing system.  

myki mates will rotate across the public transport system and explain how to use myki, hand out information and answer questions. Keep an eye open for them at train stations, tram stops and bus interchanges. It is easy to find a myki mate - just look for the bright blue myki shirt.
