Get myki

A full fare myki costs $10 and a concession, seniors or child myki costs $7.

 

Please note: Students who require a Student Pass can not buy their myki online. Please see the Students page for information on how to get a myki.

 

Getting your myki is easy. Currently, you can buy an anonymous myki using a credit card:

  • online
  • over the phone - call 13 6954 (13 myki) between 6 am and 12 midnight, 7 days a week
  • from regional myki retailers (in the future, myki will be available from metropolitan myki retailers).

Or you can pay by cash, credit card or EFTPOS at:

  • the myki discovery centre at Southern Cross Station
  • Flinders Street Station myki ticket office
  • The MetShop (corner of Swanston and Little Collins Streets)

     

    Note: You will need to provide your postal details so the myki can be sent to you. These details will be deleted within 30 days of the myki being mailed to you.

     

    Currently, you can buy a registered myki using a credit card:

  • online
  • over the phone - call 13 6954 (13 myki) between 6 am and 12 midnight, 7 days a week
  • by completing and lodging a myki Registration Form.

    Once myki is fully rolled out across Victoria's public transport network, you will also be able to buy a myki at the following locations:

  • From selected retail outlets in metropolitan and regional areas
  • Customer service staff at premium stations
  • myki machines at metropolitan train stations and selected tram platform stops and bus interchanges – full fare only
  • Selected V/Line stations and V/Line ticket agents
  • Site Information
