• balance protection in the event your card is lost or stolen
• online account management to review your travel history

Register your myki

Note: While you can use a myki bought at a retail outlet or a myki machine immediately, you must allow at least 24 hours before you can register it online. If you cannot register your card after 24 hours have passed, please call 13 myki (13 6954).

Create an online account

Registered customers can use the myki website to manage their account. You can register up to eight myki cards to an individual account. For example, one person can manage myki cards for other family members.

Once you have registered your myki and created a myki online account, log in to your account to:

• Check your balance
• View or print your transaction history statement
• Top up
• Manage auto top up
• Add another card to your account
• Update your details
• Report a lost or stolen card
