Travel & transaction history

Registered customers can view up to six months of travel and transaction history online. You can request up to two years of travel and transaction history from the myki call centre, telephone 1800 800 007.

You should allow at least 24 hours for your myki use to appear on your travel and transaction history. Your myki card stores your card balance and last 10 transactions. You can view these using a myki machine or myki check.
