Can I change the font size on this website?
Yes, you can change the font size by:
- clicking on one of the ‘T’- symbols in the top right corner of this page: the larger one is for increasing the font size, the smaller one for decreasing it.
- adjusting the font size via your browser, e.g. with Internet Explorer select ‘View’ from the menu bar, then ‘Text size’ and simply choose a size from the dropdown menu. Please refer to your browser’s help section for more information.

Why do some pages on the myki website look different from others?

Why can’t I enter certain characters when providing information via the website?
Please note that the form fields do not accept most special characters and punctuation (e.g. apostrophes or question marks). This is a standard security feature of most secure web sites.

I am using the Feedback form - why can I only enter a limited number of words?
The form field for your Feedback only accepts 500 characters (not words). While we are working to increase this, please submit comprehensive feedback by calling 13 6954 (13 myki) or via mail.
